About the experience
• Knead and shape pizza dough by hand and master dough-balling techniques. • Learn traditional hand-stretching and sauce/topping balancing. • Experience firing and baking your creation in a traditional brick oven in roughly 90 seconds. • Enjoy wine, beer, or uni wine options during the interactive session alongside eating your freshly baked pizza. • Take home recipes and your newly learned pizza-making skills.
Booked by request. ⚠️ Demo Restaurant (TEST ONLY) confirms it within 24 hours, and always before your seating. Nothing is booked until they do. If they ask for a deposit, you pay them directly.
Book at least 3 hours ahead online. Tables are booked for 90 minutes. Change or cancel your reservation anytime from My Reservations. We hold your table for 15 minutes past the booked time, so please call if you are running late.
