Search on the home page or browse restaurants, pick a date, time and party size, choose an open slot, and confirm your details. You get an instant confirmation — no request that a restaurant can decline.
Open the confirmation email and tap Sign in to view or modify, then sign in with the same email address you booked with. Your reservation appears under My Reservations, where you can cancel it. Cancellation is free up to 4 hours before your booking.
Tables are held for a 15-minute grace period. If you are running later than that, please call the restaurant — the number is in your confirmation email.
The default "Featured" order weighs genuine signals: real guest ratings and review counts, how often a place is booked on Onka, and live availability for your search. You can re-sort any results list by top rated or most booked. Restaurants cannot pay for placement.
No — you can book as a guest. Signing in just lets you see and manage your reservations, save favourites, and check out faster next time.
